Welcome to the website of the Central Vancouver Island Soccer Referees Association, providing information and resources about soccer refereeing to current, and prospective, soccer referees of Central Vancouver Island.

We welcome your interest in refereeing and encourage your continuing participation. This site is dedicated to attracting and welcoming new members, and  to encouraging existing members to utilize their potential and to enhance their technical and practical development. Information is provided on how to become a referee, what opportunities exist to officiate in matches, who to contact and how referees may develop their professional standards to take avantage of opportunities to advance to higher levels of officiating.
